“Labor, Training, and Development Center for the Visually Impaired” SOE Originally established in 1964, the center was restructured as a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) under the Agency for the Development of Persons with Disabilities, pursuant to Government Resolution No. 59 of 2020. Over 80% of its total 82 employees are individuals with visual impairments.
